- Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within Pakistan. For international shipping, please contact us for shipping rates for your destination. We use major courier locally such as TCS.
- Shipping Methods and Costs
2.1 Standard Shipping (within Pakistan):
- We offer standard shipping to all locations across Pakistan.
- Our shipping rates are Rs. 200 per item, and there is free shipping for purchases over Rs. 1,500.
- Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your order.
2.2 Free Shipping:
- We offer free shipping on orders above PKR 1,000. This offer applies only to standard shipping within Pakistan.
2.3 Expedited Shipping:
- If you need your order faster, we offer expedited shipping for an additional fee.
- For expedited shipping, please contact us to see if any such service is available and what would the cost be.
- Handling Time
- In-Store Orders: For in-store pickups, orders are typically processed and ready for collection within 1-2 business days.
- Online Orders: Online orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving your order.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Delivery Times
4.1 Standard Delivery:
- Once processed, delivery times for standard shipping typically range between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Pakistan.
4.2 Expedited Delivery:
- Expedited deliveries are usually made within 1-3 business days after processing, if available.
Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, delays by the courier service, or high order volumes during peak seasons.
- In-Store Pickup (Click & Collect)
5.1 How It Works:
- Customers who prefer to collect their purchases from our physical stores can choose the In-Store Pickup option at checkout.
- You will receive an email or SMS notification when your order is ready for collection.
5.2 Pickup Locations:
- Pickup is available at the following locations:
- Book Emporium, Defence, Karachi
- Generation Books, Clifton, Karachi
5.3 Pickup Timeframe:
- Orders will be ready for pickup within 1-2 business days after processing.
- Orders not collected within 7 business days will be cancelled, and a refund will not be issued, but a gift card to the value of the purchase will be provided.
- Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery status.
- Delivery Issues
7.1 Delays: If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at [Insert Contact Email] or call [Insert Phone Number]. We will work with our courier partners to resolve any issues and keep you informed.
7.2 Incorrect Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If you realize you’ve entered the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address, and you may be responsible for additional shipping fees if the package is returned to us.
7.3 Lost or Damaged Packages: In the rare case that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately with your order number, and we will file a claim with the courier and offer a replacement or refund.
