At Generation Book Collection & The Book Emporium, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you need to return an item, our return policy outlines the terms for returning products both in-store and through our online bookstore, bookemporiumpk.com.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 2 days of purchase.
  • The item must be in its original condition, with all packaging and labels intact.
  • For online orders, the return must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We will only accept items for return which were the wrong item posted or the product is not of the standard as mentioned.
  • We do not accept any return of products due to change of mind.

 

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Opened or used books (unless damaged or defective upon receipt).
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Personalized, custom-ordered, or special edition books.
  • Non-book items like opened stationery, face paint, and magnetic glassboards (unless defective).
  • If you change your mind after purchasing the product, we would unfortunately not be able to accept the product for returns.

3.1 Returns Process:

  • Bring the item you wish to return along with the original receipt to any of our physical stores which meet the above conditions.
  • A store associate will assist you with the return process and determine if the item meets our return policy criteria.

3.2 Refund Options:

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment (cash, credit card, etc.).
  • If payment was made through a credit or debit card, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
